Do I need an appointment?
Not for passport, visa or e-passport photos – just drop by during opening hours. For job application shoots we recommend booking, but walk-ins are often possible too.
What is an e-passport photo?
Since May 2025, German authorities require digitally transmitted photos for passports and ID cards. We shoot you to biometric spec and send the photo securely via QR code – just take the code with you to the office.
How long until my photos are ready?
Passport and visa photos are usually ready in 5 minutes – thanks to our own lab on site.
Do you take photos for foreign passports and visas?
Yes. We produce photos in the special formats of many countries – for example the USA, India, Greece, Japan or China – biometrically correct to each country's specs.
Is retouching included in the price?
Yes. Passport and visa photos include light skin retouching; headshots and CV photos include professional retouching.

A two-minute walk from the main station, on the corner of Immermannstraße — in the middle of Little Tokyo, Düsseldorf’s Japanese quarter with its restaurants, bakeries and bookshops. We’ve been here since 1990. No appointment needed for passport photos, just drop by during opening hours.
